Zoe Saldana (born June 19, 1978) was born to Asalia Saldana and Aridio Saldana, who reside in Passaic New Jersey. His father was Dominican and her mother is Puerto Rican. Her family was raised by her mother who lived in Queens. When she was 10 years old the family relocated into the Dominican Republic, where they would live for the next seven years.
