Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, raised in Wellington) is an Canadian actor from Canada. Born in Winnipeg and born in Wellington Paquin was able to make her acting debut in the role of Flora McGrath in the romantic drama film The Piano for which she received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at age 11 making her the second-youngest winner to win an award within Oscar history.
